Terms of Use

1. Parties and scope

These terms form an agreement between Ozjam Studio, who operates the service published under the Drametric name, and the person using it. They cover the whole platform, including parts that can be viewed without an account.

2. What the service is, and its independence

Drametric brings together publicly published YouTube metrics for Turkish television series and the television audience tables published publicly by TİAK, and adds its own indices, comparisons and dramatic structure analysis on top of them.

Drametric is an independent analytics platform. It has no partnership, agency or endorsement relationship with YouTube, Google, Apple, TİAK, or with the channels, production companies and series featured on the platform. Series names, logos and images belong to their respective rights holders and are used for identification only.

3. Account and security

• You are responsible for keeping your account details and password confidential.
• An account belongs to one person. Sharing or transferring accounts is not permitted; one web session and one app session may stay open at a time, and signing in on a new device ends the existing session of the same kind.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. If you notice unauthorised use, tell us at info@drametric.com without delay.
• You must provide accurate and current information when registering.

4. Subscription, payment and cancellation

• Paid subscriptions are purchased only through the Apple App Store. Nothing is sold through the website.
• If the store product includes a free trial, the subscription begins with it, and billing starts automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends. Whether a trial applies, and how long it lasts, is stated on the purchase screen.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation is done in the subscription settings of your Apple account. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Billing, refunds and invoicing are handled by Apple under Apple's own rules. Drametric has no access to your payment details.
• The current price is the amount shown on the purchase screen and in the App Store.

5. Right of withdrawal

The subscription is digital content delivered immediately upon purchase. Under Turkish distance selling rules, the right of withdrawal ends once performance begins. Where the store product includes a free trial, you can evaluate the service before being charged; you may cancel at any time from your Apple account.

6. Acceptable use

While using the service you must not:

• Harvest data in bulk with automated tools, or scrape pages or application endpoints.
• Republish, sell, license or turn any part of the platform or its output into a derivative product.
• Place a load that disrupts the service, attempt to bypass security measures, or reverse engineer it outside the cases the law expressly permits.
• Attempt to access someone else's account, or let someone else use yours.
• Use the service in breach of applicable law or of third-party rights.

7. Intellectual property

The platform's software, design, calculation methods, indices and analytical output belong to Drametric and are protected by copyright. A subscription grants you the right to use this content for personal and internal evaluation; it does not transfer ownership.

Series images, posters, titles and brand elements belong to their respective rights holders.

8. Accuracy and limitation of liability

Metrics are based on data published by the sources. If a source publishes data late, incompletely or with changes, the values on the platform are affected accordingly. Where a metric has no data, the value is left blank; we never generate an estimate.

The analyses on the platform are for information only and do not constitute investment, purchasing or legal advice. You remain responsible for decisions taken on the basis of this information.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is". Drametric does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, but applies reasonable technical care.

9. Changes, suspension and termination

Drametric may change the scope and features of the service in order to improve it. Accounts may be suspended or closed where use breaches these terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time and delete your account yourself from the mobile app. Deleting an account does not refund a subscription period already started; refund requests go to Apple.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction. Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts remain available where consumer legislation applies.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the service or the applicable law changes. The current version is always published on this page, and the date at the top shows the last update. If a change matters to you, we will tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the current terms; if you do not accept them, you can cancel your subscription and delete your account.
